How can I track my mail?

All Mail is sent with standard stamps, so tracking isn’t available.
What to do if my mail is damaged?

If your mailer arrived damaged please email me at contact@thelivingatlas.co with your name and photos of the mailer.
What to do if my mail hasn't arrived on time?

Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for Europe delivery and up to 21 days for international delivery.
If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at contact@thelivingatlas.co with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name + shipping address.
